Miniature Schnauzer girl Polli, born 23.09.2016 in Styria in Austria, has enriched the practice with her sunny nature since January 2017 and is used in special situations in therapy.

Polli in her role as a therapy dog, she has to follow strict rules in the practice and is not allowed to play with everyone, which is of course her favorite activity. She is friendly, open and approachable, smart and attentive, very cuddly and has a loving nature - true to her litter name “Eliza vom edlen Gemüt“.

As this breed has no undercoat and therefore does not shed any hair, it is hypoallergenic, which is also shown by the experience in our practice. When Polli is taking her nap or is out and about, her absence from the practice is usually regrettably noticed by the patients and they complain. Her presence in the basket alone spreads a happy and balanced mood.
